Hello! I'm new to this weight-loss community.

I'm 26, 5'7", a Norcal resident, and last night's weigh-in yielded the following results:
-- 159 lbs
-- 32.1% body fat
So awesome.

NOT!!

Clearly, I've gained weight since college and me no likey!

I put myself on South Beach yesterday, so today's my "official" first day! And I cheated already.

I scraped the toppings off 6 slices of Round Table pizza, which I'm sure took off a little of the crust underneath. I can't believe I'm already half-assing it.
But anyhoo, my problem is I'm always hungry when I don't have starchy carbs in my system!! For example, I ate lunch from 12:30-1, and it's 2:20 and I'm already feeling the emptiness in my stomach. AND my sister and I both agree we aren't able to work out as hard when we've got no carbs in our system to use as fuel. Personally, I get a little dizzy.

What's the solution to this problem?

I'd really like to know because I don't want to be perma-hungry and I want to be able to work out hard.
